Baby Heist is another "deal of the day" website, but this one isn't all that popular..yet! I don't think too many moms have heard about them at this point. I can't even remember how I lucked out and found it. Quite often they feature Melissa & Doug products on there, which I love!!!
Baby Heist is a small business...run by 2 moms and they are based out of Ontario. They even have a warehouse that you can choose to pick up your order from. Wish they were close to me, I'd totally be into that! They even have archives that you can check out, just in case you missed something! You might get lucky and find it there!!
Head on over to babyheist.com and see if you can score a deal!
I'm a 30-something mom of 2 (crazy) kids who has always LOVED shopping! No, I didn't have kids JUST to have another reason to shop, LOL. Since having kids, I have become a real savvy shopper. I have such a hard time paying full price and I will search out the best price, even if it means spending a little more time on it than I should. I will share with you all the great deals and great websites that I find!! Enjoy!!

True Cuddles
Here's a Canadian website for kid's stuff, similar to Baby Half Off and Baby Steals, but they are based out of Abbotsford, BC. and they post a deal a week. It's called True Cuddles. I find that they have some unique products and also some well-known brands.
I've purchased some Kula Klips belts from truecuddles.ca. They were 50% off the original price and they are super cool! The shipping was reasonable, it arrived in good time and everything was in perfect, brand new condition with tags. I know some people have concerns about some sites not selling brand new products, but I've never had a problem like that.
So, go check out True Cuddles and sign up for their deal alerts! You never know what they will have next! Maybe just the item you've been looking for (and didn't even know it!).

The Children's Place!! A Great Place to go!!
Ever since I found out I was pregnant over 4 years ago, I have been shopping at The Children's Place in our local mall. I find their clothes to be one of the best in quality and their prices are reasonable...which means a lot to me!
Last year, in the Spring of 2011, The Children's Place finally opened up their online store in Canada! This was a great day for me! Although, I do like going into the store so I can check out the clothes and make sure the fit is right, but it's not always the easiest to do. Today they have FREE SHIPPING on all orders. This is awesome because whether you order something that's $3.99 or have an order of $50+, shipping is still FREE (it's normally a flat rate of $8)!! I can tell you that their shipping is super quick. I've placed an order on a Sunday and received it the next day....AMAZING!
Let's get back to their clothes. Their t-shirts are great, always soft material and they keep up to the obscene amount of washes that they will be put through. I have many, many of their shirts for both my daughter and my son. My daughter is 3.5 yrs old and she actually wears the girls 5/6. I really don't like tight clothing for either of my kids, so I always opt for the bigger sizes. I do find the girls shirts to be a little narrow. As for my son who is 22 months old, he's still wearing 12-18month shirts which I believe is because they are made a little wider and he's not tall for his age, so he's able to wear this size a lot longer. The 24 month size shirt does fit, just a little baggy, which I do like that look as well.
I like their pants and shorts for little boys, too. Especially the little cargo shorts. I bought these for my daughter (yes, the boys shorts for her!) and now my son is wearing them and they still look brand new! Same with the cargo pants. She wore them and now her brother wears them. They are a great quality pant! I sell my kids' clothes as soon as they don't fit (I take them to a local consignment store), so when you buy a good quality item, you can still get money for them. That's why I like The Children's Place so much, because I know the the item will stand-up to the wear and tear of my kids and I will still be able to sell it after. Love it!
Their prices are really reasonable, especially if you get the clothes on sale, which I do 95% of the time. Usually, I'll shop the previous season to get the best price and then put it away for the next year.
Happy shopping!!

Kid Steals!! The Stealing Continues!!
When I first had my daughter almost 4 years ago, I found babysteals.com shortly after. Then, they opened another site called kidsteals.com for the cool products that toddlers to bigger kids would like. I have been a faithful customer to both sites over the last 3, nearly 4, years! No, you are not stealing anything, but you may think you are because the prices are so fabulous!!! This is a great way to get awesome products at great prices!
Kid Steals is just like it's sister site. They post 2 daily deals...one at 9am and one at 9pm MDT (8am and 8pm for me here in B.C.). You've got to get on right away and make your purchase as quickly as possible, otherwise someone else can put it in their cart and checkout before you and it will disappear from your cart!! Poof! If you follow them on Facebook, you will know how angry this can make some moms, lol!
Some of the things I've purchased from kidsteals.com are:
-DC Shoes in bigger sizes
-DC shorts
-Ergo carrier for my daughter to carry her dolls (very cool!!)
-Cool hats (Born to Love, DC, etc.)
-Kidz Banz hats and sunglasses
I've never had a problem with anything I've ordered. Everything arrives in perfect condition and shipping isn't horrendous either (keep in mind it's coming from the U.S.). Rarely have I had to pay any duty. I must also mention that they have "archives" which, if you're lucky, you may find something that you missed in there!! They also have "Surprise Steals" once in a while, too! So, make sure you head over there and check them out!! I bet you will be hooked!!
